Advanced Industrial Products can help you with your repair needs. We center our efforts on efficient quick turn around of industrial hydraulic pumps, valves and cylinders and motors. AIP has established distribution with AHX and HIS to ensure that we can provide these services to you. With AHX we represent a company that maintains a 120,000 square foot repair facility. They specialize in Racine, Hydura, Vickers, Tokimec, Rexroth and many other brands. We have recently added a full servo valve repair program to our offering. AHX maintains a full engineering staff including a metallurgist. They can manufacture to new or re-manufacture products to original OEM specs. Finally, your turn around time is quoted in hours. Imagine, your pump, valve or motor can be on its way to you within two hours of your call. For cylinder repairs we represent HIS. HIS maintains over 100,000 square feet all dedicated to cylinder manufacture, remanufacture and repair. Our in house engineering allows us to offer to you new cylinders built to JIC, NFPA, JIS or custom standards supplied by you. Our in house tooling allows us to build on site cylinder tubes to 60” inside diameter and 25 feet in length. We manufacture seals as well, giving us the capability to fulfill your immediate needs.
