About Us… Advanced Industrial Products (AIP)
was founded in 1978 in Plain City, Ohio, where we reside today. We
occupy an 11,000 square foot office and warehouse in which we do all
order processing, stocking, shipping and receiving and maintain our
walk-in hose service center. In 2002 we changed our ownership makeup by bringing in new partners from several competitors. Our goal in this change was to move AIP from a parts supplier to a progressive hydraulics and pneumatics sales organization. This past year has brought quite a few changes to the products that we offer as well as the services we provide. From hose and fittings, which we still consider critical to our business, we have added: ü Filtration…our FiltrOil, Purolator and Stauff products offer BETA rated elements to target your fluid clarification needs… ü Hydraulics…our Yuken product line is the largest Japanese manufacturer of industrial hydraulic pumps, valves and cylinders in Japan. We offer vane and piston equipment, standard and proportional flow, directional and pressure controls, and complete hydraulic systems…designed by us to your specification. ü Pneumatics…CKD is the second larges producer of pneumatic products out of Japan. Our FRL’s, Valves, Cylinders and airline products offer you an alternative to the other guys…we think you will like them… ü Electronics…SUNX is our key…from inductive proximity switches to photo-electric proxes to OSHA class 4 light curtains we offer the solutions that you need to process your machine sensing requirements… ü Accessories…to round out the package… o IKO…bearings, cam followers, linear rails and ball screw systems… o Bossard…metric fastener products…socket head, hex head, nuts and bolts…all metric… o Stauff…hydraulic and pneumatic accessories…pipe clamps, test points and plugs, test wips, diagnostic equipment, reservoir accessories and ball valves… With our new ownership we actively participate in the packaging of these products to give you full systems solutions.
